Leadership is not just about setting a vision; it is also about motivating and inspiring others to take action towards achieving that same vision. To motivate and inspire others, leaders must understand what drives each individual member of the team. This includes understanding their strengths, weaknesses, interests, and aspirations. A supportive and empowering environment that encourages risk-taking, innovation, and continuous learning should be established.

Leaders should also recognize and reward team members’ contributions and achievements.
