Our Signature Program, Learn. Grow. LEAD!, is our foundational leadership program designed from the ground up by a physical therapist. This program is perfect for organizations with more than 10 people.  This setup is great because all of your staff will be able to attend together and learn the same concepts at the same time – and get certified in a leadership program!

We are happy to tailor the leadership learning and messaging to your company’s key strategies and values to reinforce key concepts that you would like to instill in your leaders and staff. We are also happy to customize the schedule fully, along with how much is taught in-person versus online, as well as the days/times for each session. Even the program length can be adjusted to fit your needs! We offer both a 6-session and a 10-session version. This program will improve employee retention and create a leader-filled organization that is solutions-focused, happier, more productive, and ready to grow!
